The highly-popular all-electric sedan gets aggressive looking aftermarket wheels

Currently, the problematic production timelines are the main story for the highly-popular Tesla Model 3. However, the mid-size sedan’s popularity isn’t waning by any degree. These past few weeks, even the “higher-end” Model 3 units – the ones that come with a long-range battery pack and dual motor configuration – are slowly starting to trickle down to their owners. For one of those customers – EVS Motors – a tuning powerhouse based in Houston, Texas, the arrival of their Model 3 Long Range, provides a perfect opportunity for another aftermarket tuning project.

The tuner already owns a Tesla Model S and a Model X, so completing their Tesla family with a Model 3 made all the sense in the world. While Elon Musk – the CEO of Tesla Motors – is expecting to ramp up production to achieve its goal of building 5000 Model 3s a week within the next few months, we have already ensured that our offering for the long-awaited electric vehicle is already on the table as soon as our customers receive the first units.

This set of ADV5.0 M.V2 CS Series custom-made forged wheels was built even prior to the tuner receiving their Model 3. Thanks to ADV.1 Wheels’  engineering team & hard work by EVS, the proper sizes, fitment and ET requirements were met prior to the car’s arrival. These wheels are made in sizes of 20×9 in the front and 20×9 in the rear, featuring a shallow concave profile both in the rear and in the front. In turn, this gives this Blue Model 3 a bit more aggressive look when compared to the stock setup. The wheels feature a Matte Bronze finish and come standard with 50/50 Exposed Titanium hardware.

The specific requirement of these electric vehicles (wheel weight, size etc.) made both ADV.1 and EVS to go with a set of CS Series wheels for this build. The CS Series line consists of individually vehicle load specific optimized wheels via FEA Simulation Tests. This results in the lightest, best performing, and strongest wheel that can possibly be made for your specific application. The Competition Spec Series come standard with spoke cut-outs and a standard titanium hardware option, complete with backpad pocketing for further weight reduction. In turn, the CS Series wheels spokes have sharp, aggressive, and angular cuts, making them a perfect match for luxury, supercars and sports cars alike.
